IRVING – Toni White has been named vice president of human resources for Medical City Las Colinas.

With more than 10 years of human resources experience, White will oversee the implementation of programs including hiring, onboarding, retention, compliance and training.

White joined Medical City Healthcare in 2021 as the division senior human resources business analyst. In this role, she mentored HR teams across Medical City Healthcare, facilitated recruitment, and provided direction on human resources analytics and trends.

Prior to Medical City Healthcare, White served as the human resources director at Long Beach Medical Center and Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital in California where she was instrumental in enhancing employee engagement, increasing retention rates and cultivating a positive work culture.

White holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix in Costa Mesa, California. Additionally, she holds Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRBP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certifications.
