Las Colinas Medical Center Earns ‘A’ Grade for Patient Safety in April 2016 Hospital Safety Score

Las Colinas Medical Center joins an elite group of hospitals to receive an “A” ranking from The Leapfrog Group, a national patient safety watchdog group. The new Hospital Safety Scores, which assign A, B, C, D and F letter grades to hospitals nationwide and provide the most complete picture of patient safety in the U.S. health care system, were announced todayLas Colinas Medical Center was one of 798 hospitals in the United States and the only hospital in Irving to receive an A ranking among the safest hospitals.

“This A rating is a testament to our longstanding quest and commitment to quality and excellence always,” says Daniela Decell, CEO of Las Colinas Medical Center.
