Las Colinas Country Club raised $25,000.00 to Celebrate 50 Years of Serving the Community. The money raised is being divided and awarded to five Irving Charities; Irving Schools Foundation, the YMCA, Irving Healthcare Foundation, La Buena Vida Youth Leadership Foundation and Irving Cares.

This undertaking was accomplished by several activities over the course of six months. These activities included the selling of Golf Passes and holding a very classy Casino Night. It was an elegant night of fun, great food and entertainment provided by Irving’s very own Ricki Derek.

“We were thrilled to have been able to assist our local charities in their fundraising efforts for the wonderful causes they support. Cheers to another 50 years at Las Colinas County Club," Ron Woolard, LCCC general manager, said.

About Irving Cares:

Ensuring that the most basic human needs are being met is an important measure of a city’s quality of life.  It is what Irving citizens believed 56 years ago when they founded Irving Cares, and it is still true today.
